Ingredients
- 1 package Simply Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 roll Bob Evans Original Roll Sausage - Bob Evans Farms
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 c. and 2 tablespoon Bob Evans® 100% liquid egg whites
- 1 1/2 c. gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. spinach - 5 oz.
- 1/2 c. diced ham
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook sausage according to package directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Lightly grease two 12 cup muffin tin
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk
- Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Fill muffin tins 2/3 full
- Bake for 27-30 minutes
- Serve warm
