- 1 package Simply Potatoes; Homestyle Slices
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, in large bowl. Stir well. Spread into greased 2 quart casserole*.
- Cover; bake 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue baking 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and center is heated through.
