- 1 package (20 oz) Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes
- 1/2 diced bell pepper
- 1/2 diced white onion
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cut pepper and onions, then combine in a large bowl with potatoes, rosemary, chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic, and half of your parmesan cheese.
- Pour into a baking dish and bake on 375° F for 35 minutes.
- When fully cooked, sprinkle remaining parmesan on top and serve.
