Cheesy potatoes with a buttery, crushed corn flake topping – it’s a long standing favorite.

  • 1 package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups corn flake cereal, coarsely crushed


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray*. In large bowl stir together all potato ingredients; mix well. Spread into casserole dish.
  2. In small bowl stir together topping ingredients. Sprinkle over Simply Potatoes. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
