- 1 package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup (4 ounces) Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 2 cups corn flake cereal, coarsely crushed
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray*. In large bowl stir together all potato ingredients; mix well. Spread into casserole dish.
- In small bowl stir together topping ingredients. Sprinkle over Simply Potatoes. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
