  • 1 package (20 oz) Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes
  • 1/2 diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 diced white onion
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut pepper and onions, then combine in a large bowl with potatoes, rosemary, chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic, and half of your parmesan cheese.
  2. Pour into a baking dish and bake on 375° F for 35 minutes.
  3. When fully cooked, sprinkle remaining parmesan on top and serve.
