- 1 cup (4 ounces) Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of potato soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray*. In large bowl combine all ingredients; stir to mix well. Spread in prepared pan.
- Bake, uncovered, 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and center is heated through.
